The conference is in its fifth year. It provides a practical platform to bring international design educators and professionals together to share views, knowledge and experiences over a two-day programme featuring presentations, panel discussions, and paper presentations.
Attendees will meet with and learn from the best in the field of design education and be able to build networks with international design professionals. Every year this conference attracts hundreds of international design educators, design researchers, trend analysts, practicing designers, design students, and design-related executives.
With this year's theme "Forget the Future. What are Today's Design Education Issues", prominent design educators and researchers from around the world will be attending to discuss current issues related to design education. The conference will be divided into four sections, covering:
- Industrial Design Education
- Design + Innovative Management
- Academic Exchange
- Global Design Network
