The food delivery industry is one of the least sustainable, relying heavily on transportation and packaging, which has an adverse effect on the environment. Environmental entrepreneurs and renowned Mott 32 founders Matt Reid and Malcolm Wood are working to shorten the food delivery chain by offering an alternative model of smart urban dining, combining public food halls and ghost kitchens to serve densely populated communities. Their goal is to create a zero-waste society while offering a wide variety of culinary brands to serve the market.
