Bryant Lu

Bryant Lu, Vice Chairman of Ronald Lu and Partners, Founder and Chairman of its insight partner Behave, is a sustainability leader in the architecture and design industry. Under his leadership, RLP has committed to creating human-centric designs that connect the community, and that are sustainable, climate-resilient, future-ready while honouring the local culture and heritage.

Bryant has been instrumental in leading development and driving change at RLP for over 20 years. During this time, RLP has received over 300 international and local design accolades, out of which over 60 were related to sustainability. RLP is the first and only architecture firm in China to commit to the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi), which measures a company’s sustainability efforts against scientific metrics, and is focused on working towards carbon neutrality by 2060.
