Guangzhou Design Week was found in 2006 with the led by the government. It has been jointly endorsed and promoted by IFI, ICSID and ICOGRADA since 2007.

The prestigious DFA Awards Presentation Ceremony will be held on 6 Dec 2024, honoring exceptional design achievements.

Organized by HKTDC, co-organized by Hong Kong Design Centre with the sponsor of CCIDA HK. Under the theme of "Design for a Better Tomorrow", this year's DesignInspire (5-7 December 2024) will host a series of interactive themed exhibitions, workshops, and retail areas that combine art, technology, and global creative culture.

“Maison&Objet Design Factory” will span 1,000 m² to showcase the latest design trends, and in particular the aspects related to circularity, end-of-life processes of materials, all presented in an immersive experience. The exhibition will consist of five distinct zones, namely “Muse, Nature”, “Conscious Staging”, “Precious Matters”, “Shades of Sustainability” and “Terra Cosmos”, each offering a unique perspective on “conscious design”.

Jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Business of IP Asia Forum (BIP Asia) brings together IP professionals and business leaders from all over the world to discuss the latest developments in the IP world, and to explore business collaboration opportunities.

Organized by Hong Kong Design Centre, CCIDAHK of HKSAR Government as the Lead Sponsor, GBA Creative Fortnight will take place at DX design hub of Shum Shui Po region from 3 to 16 December 2024. The ceremony and the 2 week-long programmes aims to promote Hong Kong design and foster potential business collaborations among GBA. The event will bring together various to showcase Hong Kong’s design power.

The deTour 2024 - design festival explores the theme “Having → Being: Designing Inner Worlds.” Featuring 17 installations, over 40 workshops, and various public programmes at PMQ, the festival showcases the work and programmes of more than 80 local and international designers. It examines how design enriches inner strength while fostering deeper connections.

The Leadership Forum on Designing Time 2024 is part of the Business of Design Week (BODW), organized annually by the Hong Kong Design Centre and the School of Design at PolyU. The Forum usually attracted attendees from the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States, representing both industry and academia.
