Bin Hu

Bin Hu is Co-founder of FutureMatters and FuturistCircle, applying strategic foresight to business and innovation in the Chinese mainland. He integrates futures thinking with design thinking — reading weak signals to generate future possibilities, then translating them into actionable business, brand, and product decisions. With 15 years at Mintel, Ideacouture, and S.Point, his work spans IKEA, Logitech, L'Oréal, Samsung, and Didi, including reframing Didi's electric ride-hailing brief into a driver-passenger-rental company ecosystem. He holds a Business Design degree from Domus Academy, Italy, and co-authored the Chinese mainland’s chapter of Futures in Action.
