Lynn Lin

Lynn Lin is a foresight ethnographer and Co-founder of FuturistCircle and FutureMatters. She advances futures thinking with an integrated approach, bridging inner and outer futures, and applying foresight to foster beautiful business, social innovation, and individual wellbeing.

With 17 years of experience across ethnography, design thinking and foresight-driven innovation, she has worked with leading companies including IKEA, Logitech, L'Oréal, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo, helping translate strategic insights into product innovation, brand strategy and vision alignment. She is the lead author of the public futures report Regenerating Happiness and a contributor to the Chinese mainland’s chapter of Futures in Action.
