Thomas Pang

With over 40 years of practical experience, Thomas Pang has vast experience in finance and investment, corporate management, strategic business development, capital markets, real estate and TMT. He started his career at KPMG as a management consultant and auditor, and later worked as a capital markets regulator at the Securities and Futures Commission and Hong Kong Exchanges, before working in large listed corporations as well as start-up companies.

Thomas is currently working as Co-Founder and CFO of Venturous Group. He is responsible for the group's finances, deal structuring and providing strategic advice to the CEO and investee companies. He is also the Vice-Chairman and CEO of Neuron Digital Group, an AI group focusing on the Built Environment.

Thomas is a qualified Chartered Accountant of England & Wales, and a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds an MA from University of Oxford and an MPhil from SISSA, Italy.
