Giovanni Caruso教授

Prof. Giovanni Caruso is a professional with a diverse background. He holds an International Ph.D. in Audiovisual Studies. He transitioned into roles as a strategist and later as a design manager for a major consultancy.

 

Previously, Prof. Caruso was an experimental musician, traversing different genres, unconventional styles and gears. He co-founded GAME – The Italian Journal of Games Studies and Speculative Futures Milan.

 

Curiosity

There is a force that drives our desire for knowledge and keeps imagination in motion. That push for the unknown is curiosity, in essence. Reiterating what you know is the worst mistake designers can make. Seeking the “what else” or the “not yet explored” is what we encourage in young designers.
