Ashwini Deshpande is the Founder and Director of Elephant Design Pvt. Ltd., India's largest independent integrated design consultancy, where her work for global and Indian brands has won her a number of international design awards. She also participated in a Rockefeller Foundation global Social Impact summit and the Danish Design Foundation’s Global Co-creation Summit at Copenhagen. She has lectured at icograda Design weeks in Vancouver and Istanbul, and has served as a jury member for a number of international awards.
