A serial entrepreneur and a General Practice Surveyor, Leo Chan co-founded the architectural and interior design company Urban Anchor Limited in 2006. In 2010, he co-founded fashion brand AMENPAPA. There are currently nine stand-alone AMENPAPA stores – five in Hong Kong and four in China. AMENPAPA is sold in more than 40 stores in Asia including Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette Beijing, TANGS Singapore and Bauhaus Hong Kong.
Chan is a Board Member of the Hong Kong Entrepreneurs’ Organisation and Deputy Supervisor for the Woofoo Leaders’ Network. He also serves as a Vice-Chairman of the CreateSmart Initiative (CSI) Vetting Committee, and is a Member of the Advisory Group on Implementation of Fashion Initiatives and a Member of the PMQ Studio Unit Assessment Panel.
Chan earned his Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Westminster, UK.
