Fabien Nauroy is Head of Design at Native Union. Since joining the company in 2010, he has led the team to critical acclaim within the industry, including winning the prestigious Red Dot Design Award and Good Design Award in Chicago.

Fabien grew up in the south of France, before moving to Paris to study at Creapole-ESDI where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design. After working for two years at a major phone and PC manufacturer, he moved to Hong Kong where he discovered an exciting young creative entrepreneur scene. It was here that he joined Native Union and set up the in-house design studio.

Fabien’s work is motivated by three main principles: user experience, innovation through materials, and attention to detail. His designs are often stripped back to only the essential, for a sleek and minimal form with subtle details on texture and materials.
