Prof. Sadie Morgan OBE

Director, dRMM Architects  |  Commissioner, National Infrastructure Commission, UK

 

Sadie Morgan is the Director of dRMM, a leading London architectural practice known for its innovative, high quality and socially useful methods. In 2017, the practice won the Stirling Prize for Hastings Pier.

 

Over her 25-year career, Sadie has become a leading advocate for the importance of good design. She is currently a Commissioner of the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC), the Chair of the NIC Design Group, a Board Member of Homes England, and a Design Advocate for the Mayor of London.

 

In 2020, Sadie was awarded an OBE for her services to the built environment. In the same year, she founded the Quality of Life Foundation – a new independent body aimed to raise people’s quality of life by making wellbeing central to the way homes and communities are shaped.
